In order, my average day:
>some greek yogurt with raw oeatmeal, fruit and honey mixed together
>a green apple
>two cheese quedasillas with spinach, some hummus and a portion of fruit or avocado
>a snack, usually a fruit or a small portion of cookies
>a passion fruit
>protein shake
>quinoa with seafood
>sauteed veggies with some beans
>two toasts with a spread, cottage cheese and two scrambled eggs on top
>two cheese quesadillas with some pasta sauce
>one to three portions of fruit

I drink lots of water or low calory stuff, mostly water. Sometimes I eat any of those twice or more a day, sometimes I don't eat all of them.

Well I was/am fat and I'm loosing weight by fasting I use to eat everything I could get my hands on to fill an emotional void. But now I eat very little I can barely stomach food it taste poisonous and chewing is tedious the texture is repulsive too.
Sadly a lot of damage has been done to my body and I'll probably have loose skin and I have many stretch marks from rapid weight gain.
Don't think it can't happen to you because than it's more likely to catch you off guard, be wary.

I go through cycles of eating copious amounts of the worst junk food you can imagine to the point of nearly vomiting 24/7, and cycles of exercising and eating extremely “healthily” and repetitively ex. nothing but protein shakes and homemade diet chili, or nothing but wraps and eggs.
I gain and lose 100+lbs at least once every three years. I’ve been like this as long as I can remember.
I’ve been trying to get into remission this year with mushrooms. It was working and I had a few months in remission, but then I fucked up the schedule for getting more and ran out, or maybe they stopped working. Or maybe it was a placebo effect that wore off.
It’s weird to have encyclopedic knowledge of nutrition and exercise but have literally the worst body of anyone you’ve ever met (imagine a balloon overinflated and deflated many times) because you’re nuts.

I doubt I’ll see 60. I *feel* fine at 30, but during fat periods my blood work is horrendous — and in really strange ways like high white count which shouldn’t happen. In the past cycle I developed a lazy eye at night that goes away when I lose weight, which is apparently from gaining weight so quickly that it gives one high cerebrospinal fluid pressure and fucks up the occipital nerve. That’s what prompted trying mushrooms, since if I lose my vision I’ll definitely kill myself. It’s gone now thankfully.
Surprisingly I’ve never had blood sugar problems and my A1C is always normal. It’ll just be heart disease.

For lunch/snack: couple of very thick slices of sourdough bread (homemade with whole wheat/rye), with butter, cheese or jam and a glass of milk. If not as hungry I'll just drink some kefir mixed with jam.

For weekday supper: stew with potatoes and vegetables, flavored with whatever meat or dairy I've on hand. Always make enough to reheat for the next day or so. If real hungry I'll have a salad and more bread with it.

For weekend supper: fancier dish like shepherd's pie, meatballs, beef stroganoff, hamburger steaks or chicken curry. If out of meat I'll do a pasta dish or a potato frittata or something.
